Lisbeth Lanvers-Shah is Of Counsel specializing in corporate law and leads the India Desk at the Singapore office
Lisbeth advises clients on international corporate transactions and regulatory matters, primarily related to Singapore, India, and Europe. She works with multinational groups as well as growth-stage companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, and cross-border restructurings, as well as on implementing multi-jurisdictional compliance frameworks.
With experience in both civil law and common law environments, she has recognized expertise in investments in India and India–Asia–Europe investment flows, particularly in regulatory risk analysis, transaction structuring, and optimization of operational setups.
She also advises clients on strategic and regulatory aspects of growth transactions, including post-acquisition governance, integration, and compliance in complex multi-jurisdictional environments.
As founder of LPB Corporate Services, she offers an integrated corporate services platform covering company incorporation and domiciliation, statutory compliance, organization and legal secretariat of boards and shareholders’ meetings, and ongoing local compliance management.
She is fluent in French and English.
