    Luc Franceschetti advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and insolvency law.
    Luc is admitted to the Paris Bar, holds a post-graduate master degree in business law and capital markets law (Paris-Saclay University/ESCP) as well as a degree in Chinese business law (Shanghai Normal University).

    Before joining LPA Law, he completed several internships, notably with the corporate teams of a French law firm and a pharmaceutical group.
