Of Counsel and a member of the Hanoi Bar, Long Tran has substantial experience in Vietnam in Corporate and M&A law, real estate law and contract law. He has worked on a large number of M&A transactions related to real estate acquisitions in Vietnam.
Long has particular experience advising clients on Vietnam related matters in cross border M&A transactions in retail and construction material production arm involving Vietnamese assets. He has involved in applying for anti-trust clearances for Vietnam jurisdiction in cross border M&A transactions in oil and telecommunication sectors.
He has also assisted clients in a number of long term leases for retail facilities operation as well as management contracts for hotel properties.
Assisting clients in handling non-compliance matters in property development and operation as well as retail business activities is also one of Long’s frequent practices.
