Georg Streit is a partner in LPA Law’s Vienna office
His practice focuses on labor law, competition and public commercial law, intellectual property (IP) law, and medical law.
He advises clients on all labor law matters. The labor law team he heads at the Vienna office focuses on advising employers (on everything from drafting employment contracts to corporate organization).
He also works in the field of competition law and economic regulation, with a particular focus on state aid and public procurement law.
For over twenty years, he has been active in the field of IP, from the enforcement of claims to the drafting of license and cooperation agreements.
His clients include national and international companies, public sector companies and local authorities, as well as institutions in the fields of theater, film, art, and culture, and performing artists.
Since 1996, he has been a lecturer at Austrian universities and seminars in the fields of IP, labor law, and public procurement law. He publishes in specialist books and journals on topics related to his areas of expertise.
