LPA Singapore reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its M&A and corporate law practice with the appointment of Lisbeth Lanvers-Shah as Of Counsel and Head of the India Desk in Singapore.

An experienced lawyer qualified under French law (Attorney-at-Law, Paris Bar), Lisbeth advises on cross-border corporate and regulatory matters spanning Singapore, India and Europe. She assists multinational companies and growth-stage businesses on corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory interpretation and multi-jurisdictional compliance frameworks.

Her international background includes advising clients navigating both civil-law and common-law systems, with a particular focus on India-related market entry, regulatory risk management and cross border operational structuring. She regularly supports clients on contract negotiations, governance matters and risk mitigation strategies across complex regional and global projects.

Lisbeth also oversees selected corporate services functions, including incorporation, entity management and board-governance processes, complementing her cross-border regulatory and transactional practice. To further strengthen this integrated offering, Lisbeth has also launched LPB Corporate Services as Director & Founder.
