Katrin Gerceker is a lawyer and Local Partner in LPA’s Munich office
She advises private equity funds, family offices and other investors on real estate matters, with a particular focus on real estate transactions in the private equity context, including sale-and-leaseback transactions, as well as property and asset management. She also advises on legal matters relating to longevity real estate.
Prior to joining LPA, Katrin Gerceker worked at leading international UK and US law firms as well as at a leading German law firm specializing in private equity. She studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and completed her legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich. In 2021, she completed the specialist lawyer examination in construction and architects’ law and subsequently undertook an executive education program at Harvard Business School.
