LPA-CGR avocats advises Primonial REIM on the acquisition of a portfolio of two outlet centres from Unibail-Rodamco

LPA-CGR avocats advised Primonial REIM on the acquisition of two outlet centres in the North of France: the Channel Outlet Store, in Coquelles, a waterfront shopping centre offering well-known fashion and decor brands at outlet prices, and L’Usine Roubaix in Roubaix, a vast village of clothing, sports, and footwear brands constructed in an old factory.

These two commercial complexes, with a total surface area of around 33,000 Sq m, bring together 145 stores, including leading brands such as the Galeries Lafayette, Nike, Adidas, Hugo Boss, Zadig & Voltaire and Calvin Klein.

This operation was carried out on behalf of a vehicle managed by Preim.

Primonial REIM was advised by François-Régis Fabre-Falret (partner), Diane Forestier and David Ramirez-Moncada as well as the notary office Allez & Associés.

The seller was advised by the notary office Ginisty & Associés.
