Alice Ouvrieu is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Investment – German Desk team.
As part of Silke Nadolni’s team, she primarily advises German- and English-speaking clients on real estate acquisitions and sales, project financing, and corporate law.
She is a graduate of the European Law School program at Panthéon-Assas University, and is holder of an LL.M. in “European and Comparative Law” from Humboldt University (Berlin) and an LL.M. in “International Dispute Resolution” from King’s College London. Before joining the team, Alice completed an internship at LPA’s Tokyo office, where she focused primarily on M&A and corporate law.
She is fluent in English, German, and Japanese.
