Benedict Grimm is a lawyer and Associate at our Frankfurt office
He advises companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate finance matters.
In addition, he advises in the area of Banking & Finance on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of financing transactions.
Benedict Grimm studied law at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, focusing on constitutional, administrative and regulatory law. He was admitted to the Bar in December 2024 and has been with LPA since July 2023.
In addition to his native German, he speaks fluent English.
