Hubert Bazin is partner at the Shanghai Office.

A member of the Paris Bar, Hubert has been practicing in China for over 20 years and is one of the most active and experienced French lawyers in China.

He advises French and European groups in all their set up and development projects in China in connection with M&A, acquisitions of Chinese companies, joint-ventures and partnership agreements, as well as on all their day-to-day matters: contracts and commercial law, economic and financial law, litigation.

He also assists Chinese companies and directors in their development in France and in Europe.
