    Lazhar Sahbani advises on the tax and legal aspects of investment operations in the Maghreb and the Middle East.

    Lazhar Sahbani has developed advanced expertise in cross-border tax advisory services, including international taxation, tax structuring and tax litigation. He operates in the Maghreb region, particularly in Algeria, and also on the strategic Middle East – North Africa (MENA) axis in collaboration with our Dubai office.

    With over 22 years of experience in international firms and major corporations, Lazhar has established strong connections in the Maghreb, France, and the Middle East.

    He holds Master degrees from the French university Paris IX-Dauphine (Corporate taxation -DESS 221), the French High National Taxation School (ENI Clermont-Ferrand), ENA (Tunisia), and HEC Tunis Carthage. He is actively involved in teaching activities and regularly publishes articles, notably in the Oxford Business Group Algeria and for the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) Algeria.
