LPA Singapore and APFL Partners, a member of LPA Law, advised the founders and owners of Upskills Group, an IT consulting firm headquartered in Singapore, with subsidiaries in Southeast Asia including Vietnam, for its sale to France-based VISEO Group, a global digital and business consulting company.  

Established in 2009, Upskills is a leading consulting firm in Asia specialising in Murex-focused solutions for financial institutions and capital markets. With deep expertise in the Murex platform, Upskills provides end-to-end services across implementation, integration, migration, and cloud-based deployment. The firm is a trusted partner to banks and capital markets players, known for its strong delivery track record, front-to-back functional coverage, and in-depth knowledge across all asset classes.
