Anaïs Lorentz is Counsel specializing in urban planning and development law

A member of the Paris Bar since 2016, Anaïs Lorentz offers deep expertise in both advisory and litigation matters in urban planning and development law. She supports private and public operators in the execution of diverse and complex real estate projects across various types of assets, including offices, industrial buildings, retail spaces, and hotels. Her expertise spans all stages of a project, from auditing and legally securing its feasibility to obtaining and defending planning permissions, managing litigation, and negotiating amicable settlements.

She also practices in expropriation law, both at the administrative stage (decrees of public utility and transferability) and at the judicial stage (determination of expropriation compensation).

Before joining LPA Law, Anaïs practiced at Realyze, where she developed her expertise in urban planning and development law and was appointed Counsel in 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in International and European Environmental Law (Aix-Marseille II), a Master 1 in Public and Private Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and European Studies (Strasbourg). Since 2021, she has taught administrative law at the Université Catholique de Lille in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
