LPA Law advises ATM Gaming Deutschland and its shareholders in connection with its acquisition by Asmodee
LPA Law with partner Michael Samol advised ATM Gaming Deutschland and its shareholders, a French publisher known for a number of successful party games including Speed Bac/Quickstop, Mouton Mouton and Pili Pili, on the Franco-German cross-border aspects of its acquisition by Asmodee Group, a leading international player in the publishing and distribution of board games.
The transaction is based on an enterprise value of EUR 180 million.
From a financial perspective, ATM Gaming is expected to contribute at least EUR 50 million in revenue and more than EUR 25 million in EBITDA before synergies to the Asmodee Group for the 2026/2027 financial year.
LPA Law advised on the Franco-German cross-border aspects of the transaction with Michael Samol, Partner in Corporate M&A and member of the German Desk.
