Anass Khafif is an associate in the Real Estate department
Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2018, Anass Khafif is an associate in the Real Estate, M&A and Corporate Law department at LPA Law.
He advises institutional investors, investment funds and industrial players on complex transactions in both France and Morocco, combining asset structuring, legal due diligence, acquisitions, and the negotiation of strategic real estate projects. His practice covers both advisory and litigation matters.
Anass holds a Master’s degree in Litigation and Legal Procedures (specializing in advisory and contentious matters) and pursued doctoral studies in Economic Regulation Law at François-Rabelais University. Prior to joining LPA, he gained experience in Paris-based law firms with a strong focus on real estate and corporate matters.
