Cécile Bénoliel

Cécile Bénoliel is a lawyer and intervenes in particular in the real estate sector

As part of the team led by Sidonie Fraîche-Dupeyrat, Cécile works in the residential sector especially.

She supports residential real estate actors in their projects.

Before joining LPA Law, Cécile spent 5 years working on research projects in legal strategy and advocacy in relation to housing policies with various institutional actors (Stanford University, European University Institute, Fondation Abbé Pierre…). Cécile is a graduate from King’s College London (UK – L.L.M.), the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas, and Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany). She is currently a lecturer at Paris-Nanterre University.
