    Christian Sauer ist Partner und berät bei Fusionen und Übernahmen

    Christian Sauer begleitet seit fast 20 Jahren französische und internationale Unternehmen, Finanzinstitute und Fonds bei komplexen Transaktionen. Er berät bei überwiegend grenzüberschreitenden M&A-Transaktionen (inklusive Private Equity), Finanzierungen, Umstrukturierungen und Joint Ventures.

    Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt dabei in den Bereichen Telekommunikation, Technologie, Medien und Life Scienes.

    Als Deutsch-Franzose betreut Christian unter anderem deutsche und deutschsprachige Mandanten bei ihren Investitionen in Frankreich und in Europa.
