Henrick Emeriau is partner at the Shanghai Office.
Henrick Emeriau has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014. He joined our Shanghai office, headed by Fanny Nguyen and Hubert Bazin, in 2019 as senior Associate, leading the firm’s M&A practice in China.
Henrick is experienced in both counsel and litigation with respect mainly to corporate law, M&A and commercial law, serving a large array of clients (individuals, start-ups, small businesses, listed companies, investment funds) regarding their domestic and international transactions, mainly in France and in China. He also regularly advises on labour, IP, tax and regulatory issues, thus supporting clients with their every legal needs.
Before joining LPA Law in Shanghai in February 2019, Henrick had worked for reputable law firms in France (Paris), Singapore, Japan (Tokyo and Osaka) and China (Beijing).
Henrick holds two Masters‘ degrees, respectively in international economic law (university Paris II Panthéon-Assas) and international business law (university Paris V Descartes). He further graduated in Japanese (Bachelor’s degree in Japanese language and civilization, university Paris VII Diderot) and corporate finance (International Certificate in Corporate Finance, HEC).
