Matteo Delamotte is an Associate within the Tax Law Department
Admitted to the Bar in 2023, Matteo Delamotte joined LPA Law’s Tax Law Department in 2026, where he focuses on real estate taxation.
Working within Sandra Fernandes’ team, Matteo advises French and international clients on the tax aspects of their acquisitions and disposals of companies, assets and real estate portfolios, the structuring of dedicated investment vehicles (SIICs and OPCIs), as well as on restructuring and real estate outsourcing transactions and the day to day tax management of their investments.
Prior to joining LPA Law, Matteo was an Associate in the Financial Services Tax and Real Estate Tax departments of leading Anglo-Saxon law firms.
Matteo holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law and International Taxation from Paris Panthéon Sorbonne University.
