Sarah Braïk is a lawyer specialized in insolvency and restructuring
Sarah assists distressed companies, executives, shareholders, and creditors in the context of both pre-litigation procedures (mandat ad hoc, conciliation) and judicial proceedings (preliminary receivership, insolvency proceedings, and judicial liquidation). She also advises potential buyers of distressed companies.
Sarah has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2020. Before joining LPA Law in 2026, she practiced for five years in the Restructuring & Distressed Companies department at a French independent law firm, where she had completed her final internship. She also gained experience at CBF Associés, a firm of administrators, as part of her PPI (Professional Practice Internship) during her training at the Bar Training School (EFB).
Sarah is a member of the Association of Young Restructuring Professionals (AJR), in which she is actively involved.
Sarah holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation / DJCE from the University of Montpellier I, as well as a university diploma in the law of distressed companies awarded by the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne under the supervision of Professor François-Xavier Lucas.
