Léa Bourderon

Léa Bourderon is an associate in the Real Estate department

Léa has solid expertise in public law and urban planning law.
As part of Hélène Cloëz’s team, Léa supports private operators (promoters, developers, investors) with their development projects, applications for town planning authorizations (building permits, prior declarations, ERP and IGH authorizations, office approvals), as well as change of use and destination procedures.

Léa holds a Master’s degree in General Public Law and Public Litigation from the University of Lille.
