Oscar Le Moine-Durand is an associate in the competition law and economic regulation team
A lawyer since 2025, Oscar intervenes in European and French competition law, particularly in matters relating to merger control and antitrust proceedings. His practice also covers foreign investment control, foreign subsidies, and state aid.
His practice extends to distribution law, restrictive competition practices and, more generally, commercial litigation.
Before joining LPA Law, Oscar completed several internships with companies in the banking and energy sectors, as well as with law firms specializing in competition law.
Oscar holds a bachelor’s degree in public law and political science. He holds a master’s degree in business law from Paris-Nanterre University and a master’s degree in European Union economic law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He also holds an LLM in Competition Law & Regulation from the University of Amsterdam.
