Mathilde Lacaze-Masmonteil is an associate and works in Environmental Law

Mathilde advises and litigates for public and private actors on various matters related to Environmental law (classified facilities, waste, contamined lands, biodiversity, air pollution). She has also gained experience in pharmaceutical products regulation.
With practical knowledge of corporate social responsibility and ethical business practices, Mathilde advises companies of all sizes on defining their environmental strategy, particularly in terms of CSRD and due diligence, environmental compliance, and ethical corporate communication (prevention of greenwashing).

Mathilde holds two master’s degrees in Business law and Environmental law, as well as a degree in environmental engineering from Mines ParisTech. She is a former student of University College Cork (Ireland), where she obtained an LLM in Environmental law. She also holds a certificate in Nuclear law from the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA – OECD).
