Jean-Baptiste is a lawyer in the Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate Law department
He advises companies on their development projects. His expertise focuses on corporate law as well as mergers & acquisitions operations. He also assists clients with commercial law matters.
Jean-Baptiste obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Strasbourg. He then specialized in business law during his master’s studies at La Sorbonne and Paris Dauphine before being admitted to the French Bar Exam (CAPA) in 2020. He also holds an LL.M degree from a prestigious Chinese university (LL.M Chinese Law, Renmin University of China).
He gained his first professional experience in French law firms in Paris, Beijing, and Strasbourg, working in the field of business law. Jean-Baptiste also previously worked with institutions in China, where he acquired practical experiences in international trade and customs matters (Delegation of the European Union and Embassy of France to China).
Jean-Baptiste primarily works in French and English. He is also fluent in Mandarin (HSK Level 6 currently in preparation).
