LPA Singapore advised Humens and Leto Partners on the sale of NovaBay, a Singapore-based manufacturer of premium-grade sodium bicarbonate, subsidiary of French chemical company Humens, to Tata Chemicals.

This strategic transaction marks an important milestone for Humens and Leto Partners, supporting the continued development of NovaBay while enabling Tata Chemicals to further strengthen its presence in high-value specialty products and expand its footprint across Asia-Pacific.
