As M&A and financial transactions become increasingly complex and cross-border, arbitration plays an important role in addressing the specific challenges that may arise from these transactions and their disputes.
The upcoming session of the VIAC Arbitration Series – VAS Crossover 2026, organised by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with ADR Vietnam Chambers (ADRVN), will bring together leading practitioners and experts to discuss key issues in M&A and financial arbitration.
