LPA Singapore shares M&A insights with ESSEC’s International Business Law students
Karim Boursali, Associate at LPA Singapore and ESSEC alumni, participated as a speaker in the International Business Law course of the Master in Strategy & Management of International Business (SMIB) at ESSEC Asia-Pacific campus this year.
Karim delivered an engaging and insightful introduction to the structure and dynamics of M&A transactions, highlighting:
- the key stages and architecture of an M&A deal,
- negotiation drivers and valuation considerations,
- the specificities of cross-border transactions in Asia,
- current market trends shaping acquisition strategies in the region.
His contribution offered students a clear, practice-oriented perspective on the complexities of M&A and the pivotal role legal advisers play in securing successful outcomes.
We extend our thanks to ESSEC Asia-Pacific for this excellent collaboration, and in particular to Professor Veronika Korom for her trust.
A warm congratulations to the students for their energy, curiosity, and high-quality discussions!
