Past event in Vietnam | International colloquium: “Le Droit et l’Intelligence Artificielle”
Viet Anh Pham, senior associate at APFL Partners, participated at the international colloquium “Le Droit et l’Intelligence Artificielle”, jointly organized by the Ambassade de France in Vietnam and the University of Economics and Law on 27 November.
Viet Anh had the privilege of co-moderating the event alongside Mr. Bruno Lasserre, President of the Commission d’accès aux documents administratifs (Cada), President of the Fondation pour le droit continental, and member of the Board of the CNIL – Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Thi Phuong Diep.
Her presentation, “Protection des données personnelles à l’heure de l’intelligence artificielle”, offered an insightful analysis of Vietnam’s regulatory framework on personal data protection in the context of AI, addressing the crucial balance between safeguarding privacy and fostering innovation.
We warmly congratulate Viet Anh for her contribution to this dialogue at the intersection of law, technology, and public policy.
Thank you to the co-organizers for this opportunity and to the participants for their engagement.
