LPA-CGR avocats advised Elo audio and its founders in its installation in the United States and its admission in the Californian accelerator TechStars

LPA-CGR avocats advised the start-up Elo audio and its founders in Elo audio’s installation in the United States and its admission in the famous Californian accelerator TechStars.

Founded in France by Sabina Khilnani and Alexis Botaya, Elo audio is a mobile app that helps team leaders with remote work in periods of mobility. Elo audio created a collaborative mobile app that help teams save all their important content in one place and turns it into an audio playlist, so they can save time by listening to priority content they don’t have time to read.

After its initial developments in France, the admission of Elo audio in the TechStars Anywhere 2022 program will facilitate future fund raising of Elo audio and allow the start-up to accelerate its development in the United States and internationally.

The team of LPA-CGR that advised Elo audio since its first developments in France, in its structuration of its installation in the United States and its admission with TechStars was composed of Wyssam Mansour, counsel, and Leïla Bouhamidi, on corporate matters. Mathieu Selva-Roudon, partner, and Céline Guo, advised on tax matters.

Elo audio was also assisted by Sheppard Mullin, with Valérie Demont (partner), and Karl Buhler (associate), on US law matters.
