Golden eagle, little bustard, pipistrelle … developers of wind projects are directly concerned by the presence in or near the area of protected species and their habitats. Fabrice Cassin, partner of LPA-CGR avocats, comments, in an article published in Le Journal de l’Eolien, the series of recent decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union and of the French State Council which oblige to review authorization files with regard to so-called “protected species” legislation.
