On April 29, 2021 the Clermont-Ferrand Administrative Court has given four judgments in disputes over refusals to issue S11 purchase contracts for the benefit of a photovoltaic energy producer. François Versini-Campinchi, partner at LPA-CGR avocats, explained for pv magazine France the origin of these disputes and these judgments which confirm a defect in the decree of May 28, 2016 implementing the energy transition law.
