Arnaud Bourrut-Lacouture is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who has practised in three  jurisdictions: Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), France (Paris) and since 2013 Singapore. After more than 10 years of practice in top-tier law firms, Arnaud co-founded LPA Singapore.

Arnaud has extensive experience advising multinational companies on their expansion and projects in ASEAN. He provides legal guidance to clients on their cross-border investment programs. His work includes structuring cross-border transactions involving multinational assets and advising on venture capital transactions with a focus on the technology sector. Arnaud has a deep understanding of the Asian market. In the region, besides Singapore, his focus has been on Vietnam and the Indochina region,  where he has successfully advised European clients on numerous transactions.

In addition to his role as co-managing partner at LPA Singapore, Arnaud is managing partner of APFL Partners, a member of LPA Law, in Vietnam where he leads a team of 20+ lawyers advising international clients on investments and business law in Vietnam.

Arnaud holds a law degree from Université Paris XII and a degree in business management from EDHEC business school.
