Automne Ponce is an associate in the tax law department
Automne joined LPA Law’s tax department in July 2024.
As a member of Mathieu Selva-Roudon’s team, Automne assists companies, their founders and/or directors with their french and international tax issues, particularly on transactional tax matters (taxation of company disposals and reorganisations, tax structuring of merger/acquisition operations). She also handles tax proceedings on behalf of companies and individuals (assistance with tax audits, litigation before the tax courts).
Automne graduated from the University of Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne with a Master in Tax Law.
