Cédric Maheo is a partner in the Casablanca office, specialised in tax law in Africa.
Cédric Maheo is based in Casablanca, where he works as a legal and tax advisor.
He advises and assists multinationals based in French-speaking African countries on transfer pricing issues through 4 service lines: Structuring transfer pricing, compliance, tax audits and capacity building.
Cédric is also (co-)author of several publications on transfer pricing. He is the author of the Moroccan chapter of the IBFD’s transfer pricing collection, as well as the correspondent responsible for the IBFD’s transfer pricing legislative watch for Gabon, Côte d’Ivoire, Togo, Algeria, Burkina Faso and Tunisia.
He is an active member of Transfer Pricing Economists for Development (TPED), a college of international transfer pricing experts dedicated to promoting knowledge sharing in business economics.
Cédric holds a Masters of Science in Legal & Tax Management from EDHEC Business School, as well as a Master 2 in Business Law from the Université Catholique de Lille.
