Edoardo Brizio is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law department
Edoardo Brizio joined LPA Law as a jurist awaiting bar admission within the Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions team.
Before joining the firm, Edoardo completed various internships in the legal departments of listed companies such as Airbus and Saint-Gobain, as well as in international law firms, including his final internship at LPA Law’s Paris office.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (Catholic University of Lille) and an LL.M. in Law & Tax Management (EDHEC business school – Grandes Ecoles program).
