Ghislain Gimeno, associate in the real estate department, brings precision and responsiveness to supporting the firm’s real estate and hospitality clients
Ghislain Gimeno advises on a wide range of real estate law matters, with a particular focus on property development, real estate promotion, and asset management.
As a member of Florence Defradas’ team, Ghislain assists both French and international clients, including institutional investors, real estate companies, and hotel operators, in their transactions and development projects.
He provides advisory support and contractual structuring on complex real estate operations.
Ghislain holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Insurance Law from Aix-Marseille University, where he wrote an award-winning dissertation entitled “The Challenges of Construction Insurance in the Context of Digital Modelling and the BIM Manager”. He is also a graduate of the Institut des Assurances d’Aix-Marseille (IAAM).
