Julie Jouan de Kervénoaël is an associate in the real estate department

Admitted to the Paris bar in February 2020, Julie has joined LPA Law in June 2021 and provides legal adivce in real estate law, and especially commercial leases.
As part of the team of Géraldine Piedelièvre, Julie advises a range of French and foreign clients of the firm, including institutional landlords (banks, investment funds, insurance companies, listed and unlisted companies) as well as tenants. She provides assistance with both transactions and litigation.

Julie graduated with a Master in English and North-American Commercial Law (University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne – France), a LLM in International commercial Law from (University of Exeter – UK) and a Magistère in Franco-British Commercial Law (University of Rennes I).
