Lanier Fleischmann-Caruso is counsel in the Real Estate Department
Lanier has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2020.
He advises French, German-speaking and international clients on real estate and corporate law matters, with particular expertise in commercial real estate transactions involving a broad range of asset classes, including office, retail and logistics properties. He regularly advises on acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, companies and real estate portfolios, as well as on real estate asset management matters.
As a member of the firm’s German Desk, Lanier advises clients on both domestic and cross-border matters.
He contributes to the continued development of the firm’s international real estate investment practice.
Lanier holds a Master 2/MBA in Business Law and Management from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and a Magistère in International and European Business Law from the Faculty of Law of Nancy.
