Louise Durand is an associate in the competition and economic regulation team
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025, Louise intervenes on competition law matters, including multijurisdictional merger control, and antitrust proceedings. She also works on matters relating to foreign direct investment and foreign subsidies and State aids.
Louise also intervenes in the competition law aspects of cooperation agreements and supply and distribution agreements as well as in litigation matters involving economic regulation issues, in consumer law and in complex commercial litigation.
Louise graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Applied Foreign Languages (University of Nantes). Louise also obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate and Business Law / Diplôme de Juriste Conseiller d’Entreprise (DJCE) from the University of Lorraine (Nancy).
