Nassima Boudjenah joined LPA as a jurist awaiting bar admission within the corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) department, specializing in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions.
She primarily focuses on corporate law and M&A transactions involving countries across the Middle East (GCC countries) and Africa, involving various stakeholders from these areas and other jurisdictions around the world, in the drafting of complex contracts and the development of their respective projects.
As part of her bar exam preparation, Nassima completed her PPI (individualized training period) at LPA offices in Casablanca and Algiers, followed by her final internship at our law firm based in Paris.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and has completed various internships within the corporate/M&A teams of international law firms.
