Youssef Ben Khamsa is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law department
He is a member of the Paris Bar and joined LPA Law in 2025 as part of the Africa team.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters for French and international companies and groups. He also acts in commercial litigation before civil courts in France and across Africa, as well as in international arbitration.
Youssef holds a Law Degree, a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université Paris 2 – Panthéon-Assas, an LL.M. in Advanced International Business Litigation from Université Paris-Est Créteil, an LL.M. in International Business Law from Université Paris V – Descartes, and a University Diploma (DU) in Domestic and International Arbitration from Université de Montpellier.
Before joining LPA Law, he completed various internships in France and abroad, notably within the Litigation & Dispute Resolution teams of international law firms and at the Paris Court of Appeal.
