Seminar | Yoshiki Tsurumaki to speak on M&A Process & Directors’ Risk Management in Tokyo

LPA Tokyo is pleased to announce that Yoshiki Tsurumaki, Partner and Head of Japanese Law Practice, will speak at the seminar hosted by the Business Research Institute, “M&A Process, Closing Practice and Directors’ Risk Management: Practical Considerations in Light of Recent Regulations and Dispute Cases”, to be held on Wednesday, 8 July 2026 in Tokyo, Japan.

The seminar will provide a practical overview of the M&A process, from initial transaction planning, memorandum of understanding, due diligence and contract negotiation through to closing and post-merger integration. It will also address key practical issues arising from recent regulatory developments and dispute cases.
