Anh Nguyen is a Dispute Resolution Associate at the Ho Chi Minh City office
Anh advises and represents clients in contentious matters, with a focus on commercial, construction, and cross-border disputes. She works on matters before courts and arbitral tribunals, as well as negotiations and mediation.
Anh also regularly assists in advising and acting for clients on complex executive employment disputes and other contentious employment matters.
Alongside her dispute resolution practice, Anh has experience advising foreign-invested businesses on regulatory and compliance matters, particularly in the fintech and payment services sector.
Prior to joining APFL Partners, Anh practiced in dispute resolution at two other law firms, including an international law firm and a Vietnamese law firm renowned for its court litigation practice.
Anh holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from BPP Law School in the United Kingdom, obtained with Distinction, and an LL.B. from Hanoi Law University, also with Distinction.
