LPA-CGR avocats assists a pension fund in the acquisition of the Welliers building

LPA-CGR avocats advised a Swiss pension fund in the acquisition of the Welliers building, located at 44, avenue de Villiers, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. The neo-Gothic building, built in 1889, will develop nearly 2,500 m² of office space in 2020 after a major restructuring designed by Studio Vincent Eschalier.

LPA-CGR avocats advised the purchaser with a team led by François-Régis Fabre-Falret (Partner), Adeola Badirou-Akadiri, Diane Forestier and Marine Delannoy (Associates) as well as by the 14 Pyramides notarial firm.

The seller was advised by Géraldine Bonneau of Lexfair Notaries, and William Stemmer of Taj Avocats.
