    Charlotte Sicsic is Counsel in the Employment Law Department

    Charlotte has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2015.

    She advises and represents clients across all areas of employment law, handling both individual and collective employment matters in advisory and litigation contexts.
    Building on her extensive experience within the firm, Charlotte has developed a dedicated remuneration practice to meet the growing needs of companies of all sizes in designing, implementing and securing their compensation policies.
    She also contributes to the development of the firm’s workplace investigations practice.

    Charlotte holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Employment Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
