Karim Ben Khamsa is counsel in the Corporate/M&A Department
Karim has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2019.
He advises French and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law matters. He regularly assists groups, investors and executives with investment transactions, growth transactions, corporate reorganisations and business transfers, with particular experience in the industrial, energy and technology sectors.
Karim is also a member of the firm’s Middle East Desk, where he focuses in particular on cross-border transactions involving Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
His experience in complex transactions enables him to assist clients in structuring and implementing their international projects, in coordination with the firm’s various teams and offices.
Karim holds a Master’s degree in Business Law, an LL.M. in Comparative Business Law (Paris II Panthéon-Assas University) and a Master 2 in International Business Law (Paris V Descartes University).
