Sandra Hundsdörfer, Rechtsanwältin, ist Partnerin in den Bereichen Arbeits- und Gesellschaftsrecht. Sie leitet unser German Desk.
Sandra Hundsdörfer hat mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung und Vertretung von Unternehmen des deutschen Mittelstands sowie von Unternehmen aus deutschsprachigen Ländern und ihren französischen Tochtergesellschaften. Sie berät in den Bereichen Vertrieb oder Produktion, im Arbeitsrecht (Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht) sowie bei der Gründung, Akquisition und bei Verkauf von Unternehmen.
Weiter ist sie auf dem Gebiet von Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen tätig und verfügt über eine besondere Expertise bei der Verhandlung von Einstellung bzw. Trennung von Führungskräften.
Sandra Hundsdörfer hat in Bonn und Berlin Jura studiert und begann ihre Karriere 1997 in Frankreich.
