Investment promotion in the Mediterranean with the EU-OECD National Workshop

On 11 and 12 November, the EU-OECD National Workshop on the issue of investment in Algeria and the regulatory and institutional framework for investor-state disputes took place in Algiers.

The workshop began with a round table discussion aimed at discussing, in all its forms, investment and development in Algeria.

Following this table, several workshops were held and on this occasion, Rym Loucif, associate lawyer, participated in one of them on “Investment agreements between States and investors – key provisions and dispute settlement clause”.
