Alice Mollot is an associate working on competition and economic regulation issues
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, Alice intervenes on competition law matters, in particular on antitrust proceedings, state aid, multijurisdictional merger control, foreign subsidies and foreign investment control.
She also works on economic litigation under French law (business relationships, price and invoicing regulations, advertising) and consumer law (unfair commercial practices, unfair terms, distance selling, e-commerce), as well as commercial litigation.
Alice is graduated from a Master 2 Competition, Consumer and Industrial Property Law with honours (University of Rennes 1) 2017-2018 and from a Master 1 Business Law (University of Nantes) 2016-2017.
