Maximilian Kralik

Maximilian Kralik is a partner in LPA Law’s Vienna office focusing on intellectual property and non-profit law

He advises clients on intellectual property matters, in particular copyright and trademark law, as well as unfair competition and advertising law. His work includes the protection and enforcement of IP rights and the drafting and negotiation of licence, cooperation and exploitation agreements in a national and cross-border context.

A second core focus of his practice is non-profit law. He regularly advises associations, foundations and other non-profit organisations on their establishment, governance and ongoing operations, including organisational structuring, compliance requirements and board liability, also in international constellations.

He advises a broad range of clients, including rights holders, creative professionals and companies, as well as charitable organisations, professional associations, and cultural and sports organisations, both in Austria and internationally.
Maximilian Kralik supports his clients from the initial structuring of projects and organisations through to their implementation and ongoing legal advice. He publishes regularly on intellectual property and non-profit law and advises national and international clients.
